The Boardman Bugle

Leandrah Alexis Hunt
There are three things I hate: change, racism, and abbreviations.” Says Leandrah Hunt, the Editor-in-Chief.

Hunt is enrolled in Journalism 2, and is currently a junior. When asked to describe herself, Hunt said that she was “funny, intelligent, and kind”.

She has always been involved in writing programs such as Power of the Pen, a statewide contest and English Festival which is hosted at YSU.  Hunt once received third place for the Candace Gaye essay contest at the English Festival.

Hunt is currently involved in Science Club, Spanish Club speech team, FCA, English Festival, and the Social Studies Club. She is also highly active in her church youth group, and serves as a Sunday school teacher for ages 4-13.

Hunt is very excited for this year, and is happy with the direction the Bugle has taken.
