Boardman Boys Soccer Dominates the Falcons on Their Senior Night

As the game began, ten minutes into the first half the Falcons hit the net for the first and only time of the game. After battling defensively for the remainder of the first half, the Spartans scored. Senior, Ryan Johnston shot the point off of an assist from junior, CJ Cordon. Coming back from halftime, eighteen minutes in sophomore, Cole Congson received an assist from senior, Tommy Fryda to find the net and score the game winning shot. With many shots in goal but none scored the Spartans won with a score of 2-1. Senior, goalkeeper Egan Hare had five saves and the Spartans improved to 7-5-1. They will be back in action at home on Saturday at 7 p.m. against Akron North.
