Photo Art Club is one of the many clubs offered at Boardman High School. The club started in 2002, and it is ran by Mrs. Birch. This after school club is about spending time after and outside of school doing fun, photo related activities. Which appeals to high school students who are interested in art and photography! At club meetings, the members pick a theme and create something photography related. They sometimes spend time making decorations and gifts for school events also! There are around 25-30 members in the club this year,  and meetings are once a month mostly on Thursdays. Everyone is welcome to join, and no photo class is required!

Maggie Parker is a junior this year at Boardman High School. She is 16 years old and she will be 17 on Dec. 14. She loves school but her favorite subject is English. This is her first year on the Bugle and she wanted to join because journalism interested her which makes her a perfect fit. Her favorite food is chicken and her hobbies include photography and reading. She has a dog named Lucky and a twin brother named Jim. She hopes to join the Photo Arts Club and is planning on pursuing either photography or psychology in college. She is excited for the year ahead working on the Boardman Bugle.
