As the school year comes to an end at BHS, finals have just begun in core and elective classes.

With the seniors just finishing high school, finals week has just begun. Finals week can be one of the most stressful times in a student’s life. With tests in almost all of classes and the anxiety to be done with school, you can never catch a break. You just have to keep it cool. Here are some ways you can survive finals week.

Grab a coffee. Go to a local coffee shop with friends and study together. You’ll have motivation and coffee to keep you alert! This makes studying fun and tasty.

Start studying early. Studying early will not only give you more free time to enjoy the excitement of being done with school, but it will make studying closer to the test feel like a review.

Study outside. Studying outside has beautiful scenery and exercising is important. Exercising will keep you feeling good and make you sharp on your studies. This will make a more calm environment to study and be focused.

Finally, get some sleep. Sleeping is important to retain all your material you studied and to stay awake! This will make you extra fresh for the day of the test.

Following these easy steps will guarantee you to do your best on your test!
